Overview:

Alla will show how to find and assess new sourcing channels, social platforms, communities and more.  

This training is quite intense as we go through finding and sourcing on social media, learning a framework on how to integrate it to your current process and rely less on Linkedin. Training is designed for mid-senior level of experience in hiring tech talents.  
The live delivery of this workshop will be on Tuesday 10 September at 3:30pm AEST*

  • Learn how to cross-reference sourced profiles
  • How to nurture and network for the long-term strategy

Meet the facilitator: Alla Pavlova 

 Alla Pavlova is a passionate tech talent industry expert known for her sourcing techniques and tailored training programs. In 2022, won the title of the "Most influential sourcer in the Netherlands". Alla has been building tech teams since 2008 for tech startups and gaming companies like Miro, Viber, dott and more. Currently scaling Riot Games Singapore, Sydney and Dublin studios. She is contributing to tech communities and leading her own sourcing community in Discord. Alla is on a mission to enable recruiters and sourcers to be more efficient and to have fun! 

Delivery:

  • Workshop delivered using Zoom
  • All start and end times listed are displayed in Melbourne | Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time unless stated otherwise
  • Workshop joining links will be sent to registrants no later than 48 hour prior to live delivery from [email protected] or [email protected] 
  • RCSA workshops are not recorded and participants are required to attend using their own device with a working webcam and microphone

Pricing:

  • Member registration to attend the workshop is $150.00 AUD plus GST per participant*
  • A group registration rate is available for a minimum of 5 registrations for members from the same organisation. To register a group please reach out to [email protected]. 

*NZ participants do not pay the GST
