Meet the facilitator: Alla Pavlova

Alla Pavlova is a passionate tech talent industry expert who is known for her sourcing techniques and tailored training programs.
In 2022, she won the title of the "Most influential sourcer in the Netherlands". Alla has been building tech teams since 2008 for tech startups and gaming companies like Miro, Viber, dott and more.
Currently scaling Riot Games Singapore, Sydney and Dublin studios. She is contributing to tech communities and leading her own sourcing community in Discord. Alla is on a mission to enable recruiters and sourcers to be more efficient and to have fun!
