Meet the facilitator: Louise Archer & Jordan Taylor


Founder & Coach, Retrained Search - Louise has worked on the frontline of recruitment for twenty years. Having been a contingent recruiter before transitioning to retained Louise understands the struggles that Recruiters face, operating on a contingent basis.  Louise has trained over 1000 members globally,  from large recruitment firms to independent recruiters, to successfully win and deliver their business on a retained basis. They’ve secured over £20 million in retained fees in the last two years. Most have ZERO experience of retained search. 


Jordan spent several years experiencing the typical frustrations of a contingent recruiter – working in uncommitted partnerships on a no win – no fee basis. Jordan transitioned to a fully retained executive search consultant, quadrupling his revenue and winning and delivering on senior, strategic hires globally. He is passionate about helping Recruiters to achieve the same, which is why he joined Retrained Search as a coach, successfully helping over 1000 recruiters deliver their business on a retained basis.

Pricing:

  • Member registration to attend the live delivery and 5-day access to the recording is $50.00 AUD plus GST per participant*
