PEARL Mentoring

Now accepting applications for the 2023 / 2024 program

The RCSA PEARL Mentoring Program helps nurture the next generation of recruitment professionals, allowing them to build the essential skills required to manage the current and future challenges of the Recruitment and Staffing industry.

PEARL (Professional, Emerging & Aspiring Recruitment Leaders) offers emerging leaders the opportunity to learn from the experiences of established professionals within the recruitment and staffing industry. In return, established leaders benefit from exposure to the fresh challenges being faced by today’s emerging talent and the opportunity to grow their own practice through providing insight and support to this new cohort.

Whether you join as a Mentor or Mentee, mentorship can offer a myriad of benefits:

  • Career & skills development where mentors can share their experience and expertise, providing guidance and support as mentees work to develop new skills
  • Connection with industry peers outside their own working locations
  • Develop a clarity of purpose through increased job satisfaction and retention, participants feel more confident in their roles giving them a stronger sense of purpose and real-time improved performance
  • Professionalism within the industry, mentor programs provide a sense of community and collaboration that contribute to raising industry standards.
