Brad’s meteoric rise to sales superstardom is nothing short of extraordinary.
After university, he joined the Royal Air Force as a trainee pilot, mastering the skies and learning the critical importance of systems to fly an aircraft—a skill that would later catapult him in his sales career.
“I loved my time in the Royal Air Force, but I’m also a very social and outgoing person. I was the lead singer in the RAF Rock Band, and I loved to chat in the Crew Room or around the piano in the bar after flying. But it was when my boss lovingly said “Brad you’re better on the ground and on a mic, than in the air my friend!”, that I decided to move to London and find a career that involved people, interaction, and the desire to understand the psychology of people in sales. And so I decided from my research, it was the world of recruitment that I so wanted to get into!” Brad recalls.
The discipline and precision from his Royal Air Force days helped Brad soar in his new career, rapidly becoming a ‘Million-Pound Biller’ in London’s investment banking recruitment sector and ‘Global Top Biller’ in his company, before moving into senior management and leading, building, hiring, coaching, and driving the most profitable recruitment division in his company globally. But then life threw him a massive curveball…..
“I had a severe skiing accident breaking my back in two places and many other bones from head toe. I spent a total of nine months in and out of hospital stuck between a bed and a chair in a back, neck, and shoulder brace, and it gave me a lot of time to think about my future. The sales training in the recruitment industry felt very grey and stale to me, and everyone was recycling the same old content, and some of them hadn’t even been there and done it to a successful degree like I had, and so people couldn’t engage with the trainer or be inspired by them.
So I started creating, designing, and writing my own sales and leadership coaching systems and building intellectual property that no-one had ever seen before to help companies and individuals dramatically improve their sales and leadership performance to increase their billings, net fee income, profit, and personal income!”
Brad emerged as a sales coaching phenomenon. Over the past 15 years, he has coached over 6,000 CEOs, Directors, and Sales Consultants in 21 countries around the world across 21 different sales industries, sharing his expertise in ‘Sales,’ ‘Leadership,’ and ‘High Performance’ and most importantly his huge energy, inspiration, and his desire for people to succeed in business and in life!
