Next Gen Meetup Sydney

The RCSA NSW Council & Next Gen Council Reps invite you to a networking event for NSW Recruiters to interact and learn from eachother. This event will be focused on the topic of Personal Branding, tailored for a Next Gen audience - ideal for recruiters who have recently joined the recruitment and staffing industry.

It’s not enough to just be good at your job anymore – personal branding is a must. It’s about finding a way to express yourself, and showcasing your unique value.

People like to connect with people – not businesses. And a personal brand is just that – personal.

Amidst all the chatter about what you should do or say, or how to present yourself on digital platforms, it can all get very overwhelming. You even have to take algorithms into account!

Whether you’re a personal branding novice, or you’ve tried your hand at it. Hear from Monica Walmsley and Abbey Naylor – both trailblazers in this field. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from them, network with your fellow recruitment peers and ask some questions of your own.

The event will be held on Thursday 12th September 2024 from 5.30pm - 7.30pm. RCSA Member Charterhouse are kindly hosting the event where light refreshments and beverages will be served.

The format of the event will include the opportunity to network with speakers and other attendees followed by a Panel and Q&A opportunity.

Meet your Speakers:

Abbey is a LinkedIn Personal Brand Coach on a mission to help professionals, leaders and brands find their confidence online, take control of their careers and flip the script on their outdated beliefs about LinkedIn to increase their influence and income.
