Starting with a Recruitment Leaders Forum to get into Shape for 2025.
From 3pm-5pm in Otautahi Christchurch, RCSA invites recruitment industry leaders to this interactive forum, focused on Culture, Motivation and Productivity.
With the worst of winter behind us, both seasonally and economically, it’s time for recruitment leaders to cast off our puffers, and pump up our people, as we prep for 2025. It will be better….it must be better!
So, join RCSA and New Zealand’s best recruitment leaders and prepare to share as we come together to inspire and plan at Thrive in ‘25.

Thrive in ’25 will kick off with a fireside chat with Brien Keegan who will discuss leadership, people and culture.
This will be followed by an interactive panel discussion where RCSA CEO Charles Cameron and your local Council Representatives will discuss the biggest challenges our industry is currently facing, ensuring that you not only survive, but thrive into 2025.

Meet your Presenter: Brien Keegan
Brien Keegan is all about people and growth. He's a leader who believes if we invest our time and energy into people it's not just our businesses that benefit but the humans within them and the community as a whole.
After getting his start in recruitment at the age of 23, he quickly moved into leadership positions and has operated across seven global recruitment markets in privately owned companies and in country and regional director roles for a Fortune 500 company. He's also an experienced founder himself having led three start-ups, the most recent of which is Sprout People.
The combination of the recruitment and leadership experience gained helped shape the formation of Sprout People.
To Brien, the future of recruitment and staffing solutions is more than just recruitment and staffing solutions. That's why in 2018 he started Sprout People, a consultancy dedicated to supporting the people leadership, recruitment and cultural growth of ambitious business owners across start-up, scale-up and high growth companies across Australia and New Zealand.
Brien is also RCSA’s NZ Facilitator for the Talent Executive Network (TEN) which is a powerhouse of innovation, discovery and business growth.
Brien is uniquely positioned to support leaders at the THRIVE in ’25 series - shaping the future of your agency, outlining the people, culture and leadership challenges you will encounter in a tough market. He's got to where he is by welcoming opposing views so get passionate and be ready for discussion.
Followed by a Social Evening to bring your whole team to!
From 5:30pm-7pm RCSA will be continuing the proceedings by hosting casual networking drinks.
While the Recruitment Leaders Forum is targeted at leaders, the Social Evening is open to everyone in the recruitment industry. This is a chance to bring our whole community together to raise a glass to our industry, to farewell the year that was and to celebrate the year to come.
